A Missionary’s Position

Two women. One legacy. And the stories we tell ourselves to keep going.

Join us this February for a conversation across time, touching on colonialism, faith, and family.

Staged at Lankan Tucker on Melbourne’s Lygon St, A Missionary’s Position pairs beautifully with Sri Lankan food and drinks, which you can purchase on the night (including vegan and low-gluten options).

The play traces the real-life journey of an American woman who moved to Sri Lanka, endured devastating loss, and spent years working in an orphanage there.

Opens Friday, February 20 - strictly limited places.

Tickets here.
